“No room cleaning, didn’t know you had to request it !! They didn’t tell you had to request it !!”

“When we arrived, the power was out all around the area. The power return continued to be delayed, which made accessing the room more difficult and showering with hot water impossible. The front desk ladies were AMAZING! They were running up and down the stairs to provide guests access to their rooms, and yet they continued to have a positive attitude. Overall, the hotel is what we paid for, a decent place to sleep near the event we were attending. It is in an area that feels safe and the hotel...

“The room was very quiet and convenient to stores, restaurants and shops. As a single visitor, I felt safe entering and exiting the building. Charming and historic character of the building that has been thoughtfully restored with beautiful tiled shower and comfortable bed!”

“I believe the young man that checked me in was named Lorenzo. He was very nice and very helpful. I was surprised that there is a nice coffee bar but no tea bags. Tea bags would be an easy addition. I have never stayed at a hotel that did not have an ice machine. I was able to make ice in my freezer for the next morning but no ice for the evening. The room was very clean and very pleasing. I would stay there again.”
