“The beds were so soft that I fell inches in the middle of the bed, the breakfast is mediocre at best with too many carbs and inadequate protein and the front desk refused to give me receipt when I checked out. I feel the statement of running out of paper as the reason for their inability to print a receipt was not truthful. The first stay was good a couple of weeks ago but I will not stay there again”

“Room was clean, something was splattered over the tv, and the shower aluminium drain was miss aligned. Check in staff were courteous. Breakfast missing oats/porridge, there was only sugary cereals.”

“They have a predatory no-cancellation policy and the front-desk staff was annoyed to have to talk to us. My wife and I are pretty mellow and we're polite, especially to people doing their jobs, so we almost always have a good experience. But this hotel was too much. They made us wait outside at night for 10 minutes before coming to the door, then acted like we were annoying them. I made a mistake in the booking and tried to change the date, but they have this weirdly strict policy against it....

“The rooms are dirty A/C are broken and worn down the walls and floors are stained the wallpaper they used is peeling off, plumbing in the bathroom do not work and some of the worst staff I’ve ever dealt with, please save you money and do not stay here it is not worth your hard earn money!!!”

“The most disgusting place I have ever been. Should be a hazard for anyone to stay there. Smells like urine and is dirty and rundown. You take a shower and feel dirty the second you step out. Expedia should not even offer this as on option on their website. Seriously this place should be shut down. We paid $150 a night for this dump. If you like the smell of urine one towel a stained bed and crack heads might be a place for you. If you care about cleaniness and your health don't even consider...

“The room’s set up made me think that Woodbridge would be a good choice for a longer stay in the future. Having a full refrigerator in particular made me think that. I will definitely look for a Woodbridge Suites motel when I next travel”
