“Lovely apartment which was comfortable and immaculate. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook in, however it was well stocked. Appliances were new and having a full size washer and dryer was great. The balcony had a beautiful view of the foothills. The host was awesome. Responded immediately to any questions we had. Very impressed with Susie! Would definitely stay here again.”

“We had a wonderful stay here. Super close to campus. Walking distance to the beautiful CSU flower garden. Two parking spaces was nice so our college kids could come over. And the family room, kitchen, and fire pit were great.”

“The property was just as described/pictured. It is on the backside of the main house and can be accessed through the alleyway that runs parallel to the primary house’s main street. Be on the lookout for that as we made the mistake of not using the alley initially. It was small, definitely wouldn’t be comfortable for more than two people, but clean and well appointed. The water pressure and temperature were amazing and it was centrally located without being too busy.”

“Overall great place and great location. The floors were a little dirty and still wet when we arrived 30 min after 4. Only 2 towels.. Backyard advertised is shared with other tenants.”

“Susie’s place worked great for our stay in Ft. Collins. It’s conveniently located to Old Town, so it’s a short walk for dining and shopping. The access to the Poudre River Trail system is excellent. If you intend to do much cooking, kitchen supplies are limited. It wasn’t an issue with us, as there are a lot of good restaurants in Old Town. Susie was an excellent host, quick to respond if we needed anything. ”

“Location was great. The apartment was small but ok for one person. The shower was small as was the bathroom. The kitchen was hood with an efficient gas stove. For me it was good spot.”
