“Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. “The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. Several did not work (batteries?) so I wasn’t able to watch a game. The basketball game in the basement was fun for my son. Property was in good condition and the beds were nice but way too many...

“This may be my favorite vacation home EVER! The host thought of absolutely everything. As someone with migraine, having light dimmers in every room was a game changer. The bed was cozy, there were plenty of extra blankets to keep us warm, and the fireplace in the bedroom was so amazing. Best of all, it was SPOTLESS! I could go on and on, but truly - I would recommend this home wholeheartedly and would absolutely stay again ”
