“New, clean, hotel with great staff”

“Very clean, thought we got a free breakfast but you don't, they had a bistro that sold food, kinda pricey and really nothing for preteens to eat, but we got the fancy Pizza and wings, which tasted good just kinda costly. Pool was small but clean, the were strict about kids swimming with no adult but it was 5 ft deep and the kids were 10 and 12, and grew up with a pool so they were kinda again, strict,.but other then that help was friendly.”

“We needed a close place to stay and this was just that. There was a little bit of a smell. Not a bad smell. Maybe more like an insence. Air conditioner was great after being outside all day.”

“Upon arrival, we were told we had no reservation, then told we had already checked in. They had checked someone else into our room. Although the clerk fixed the mistake, I hope we're not paying for 2 rooms. The room appeared to be clean; however, the entire hotel had a moldy smell, and I didn't breath well all night. It was a very convenient location, right off the interstate with gas and food nearby.”

“We had thought this hotel had a river view, but you could only see it as you got and off the main road. The room only had a desk chair, no other seating. It was a nice hotel but not as high quality as other Hampton hotels.”

“The room was really nice and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint was there was a smoking room above us and it was coming through the vents. It stunk up our entire room.”

“The room was disgusting……the sheets had stains the tub/shower was dirty. The towels smelled moldy. The room was supposed to be non smoking, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the people in the next room talking…..just talking….it was that bad. I was suppose to stay two nights, but I left after one. I highly recommend not staying here if you are in the area!”

“They have only cold breakfast on weekdays but hot breakfast on the weekend.Room was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Property could use some updates but for price it was an excellent stay! We visited cathedral caverns, unclaimed luggage and Bama Bucks from there - all in all excellent weekend and great stay.”

“Amazingly staff and everyone was so so nice and Olivia was so kind the staff in the dinning for bfast and the young lady at check out my dads been sick and they were all amazing!!!”
