“Insects/ants in the bathroom”

“I wish that I had gotten her name but the lady at the front desk was so helpful. I asked about a local map as there was not one in the carousel of brochures, she took the time to go on line and make one for us with the local attractions ! It would be nice if the hotel put some outdoor seating. we used the area near the shops as they were all closed but not sure if the businesses would appreciate (we did make sure to clean up )”

“Our room was on the street side of the building. The noise was so severe that we were unable to sleep!”

“Spacious rooms and great staff. Pools could have been cleaner, and better stocked with towels.”

“The only thing I didn't care for was the bed. It was too, too soft. The pool was great. The breakfasts were plentiful with a nice variety available. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The bar and grill made it so convenient to have a good meal after a long day of travel or sightseeing. The cheesesteak eggrolls are amazing! So is the onion soup.”

“Breakfast was cold the three mornings we stayed there. Furniture was old and torn. Door to one bedroom was hanging off the hinges. Tv controller was missing. Never offered to replenish coffe, towels,etc. Except for the desk personal everyone’s else seemed to be sitting around not doing anything when there was lots to do. Beds were great!”

“This is our third time staying here for Villanova events. The staff climate has definitely changed. Front desk staff is not friendly. Night staff is terrible. No eye contact. No addressing people as they walk in. We were surprised by the lack of interest they showed.”

“They had this awesome shampoo, conditioner, and lotion actually on the wall in the shower. I loved that. Lots of breakfast options and very friendly staff.”

“We had an amazing visit, as usual!!! They told us when we checked out they had done renovations and we were the first ones Room 301!! Can not wait to visit again!!!!”

“This is a lovely, welcoming hotel with a great location. There is a fantastic Italian restaurant on the bottom floor. Admittedly, there is an issue with parking. If you arrive early, you can score one of the 7 spaces. There is a pay lot beside the hotel and another that accepts donations for parking just down the street. The staff work hard to help you locate parking. When I checked in they gave me a paper with all of my parking options. I had read reviews, arrived early, ate at the on site...
