“Ok so the pros of the hotel is the property is very spacious inside and outside with large parking spaces and with a nice view of the mountain, ski and trail areas, basketball and tennis courts. However, the problem we had was with the level of service and cleanliness of the rooms. First, when we entered our room and went to the bathroom, we found the rim of the toilet bowl a bit dirty smeared with excitement looking disgusting. We asked to have it cleaned and the front desk lady kept saying...

“The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. The location, in an industrial area, seemed convenient enough. The hotel felt outdated, and the room appeared to have only minimal maintenance. The couch and the kitchen area, didn’t feel very clean. Although, my room was spacious. The bed was comfortable, but the shower was disappointing, with very low water pressure.
