Hotel a Oley

“Room was dirty, door handle and lock were broken. Bed linens visibly dirty. Bathroom shower drain was broken pink slime in the shower. Toilet was disgusting not cleaned properly. One of the queen beds sheets were not changed there was still hair from previous guest so was not able to use that bad. I also was not able to take a shower because the bathroom was disgusting. I was physically injured from the bed rails sticking out of the bed frame. Would not recommend staying here. Management was...

“Breakfast was cold the three mornings we stayed there. Furniture was old and torn. Door to one bedroom was hanging off the hinges. Tv controller was missing. Never offered to replenish coffe, towels,etc. Except for the desk personal everyone’s else seemed to be sitting around not doing anything when there was lots to do. Beds were great!”

The sink is outside the bedroom in an alcove, which wouldn't be a problem if the walls had been painted white & higher wattage lightbulbs were used but being navy blue & low lit bulbs it was very difficult to apply make up or do my hair. Had it been a sunny day, I could have done all that by the window. It was so poorly lit I had difficulty changing my husband's bandage. Everything else was great. We would...

“Worst part of the whole stay was that I woke up and my room was INFESTED with little ants. They weren’t there the night before. And I was on third floor so they didn’t come from under the door. It was bad. Other than that, the front desk guy the night I checked in was rude, could barely hear him as he mumbled, not a please or thank you to be found. The room was bare bone, not even a coffee maker. The bathroom didn’t even have hand soap! Next to the prison like sink was a bottle of lotion in the...

“We stayed three nights and we were very comfortable and pleased with the room, breakfast and staff. We were greeted by a very friendly lady. Our room was clean, and updated. The breakfast was fresh, had a nice variety and delicious. There was ample parking on the property. No complaints. I would definitely stay here again for future visits.”
