Hotel a Hamburg

“I was really disappointed when we got to the hotel. At the amount it cost I was expecting a lot more. Everything was worn and rundown out of date. Bathroom ceiling stucco was coming down, bathroom and floor tile cracked, everything worn and dated. Carpet worn never cleaned. The room itself was clean, but because it was so worn out it was hard to notice. Only one outlet under the table next to the bed. No USB ports anywhere. Breakfast was nothing but a continental breakfast. Will not return. Way...

“Everything was fine except we were not able to log into the WiFi for the television. We called the front desk and Help Desk and still no success. We wanted to sign onto our Netflix account but the Wifi password didn't work. (Although no issues getting to the hotel's wifi on our phones.)”

“Staff was helpful and friendly when available. Complimentary wine and cheese was nice. Room Charadonay bed was too big. Consistently bumping on corners of bed frame. No place to store clothes. Lived out of suitcase. Can't control heat or air in guest room. Central control only. Portable heater wad provided. Town was noisy with students yelling late in the morning. ”

“Won’t recommend at all, when we first check in the room they assigned was supposed to be a non smoking but it smelled like cigarettes and the AC wasn’t working, we asked for a change, they did it but that room was worse than the one before. Fridge was full of mold, when we turned on the AC wasn’t working properly and again the cigarette’s smell was bad, the bed was a joke, you can’t move at all or you would hear all the springs cracking. “This one of the nicest stays that we’ve had in a while. The room was very clean and the owners were amazing from helping getting us settled in right down to making it feel like you were right at home. Would definitely recommend and would stay again without any questions.”
