Chalet a Pine Grove

“Was charged $50 in addition to room rate, for “incidentals”, but was not informed ahead of time. Front desk not particularly friendly. Housekeeping attempted to enter room at 9am, making a lot of noise. Property not well maintained-seems run down. Issue with water spraying/leaking out of tub/shower. Hairdryer was subpar”

“Camera molto pulita e spaziosa con servizio per il caffè , comodo il parcheggio proprio dall’altro lato della strada , siamo arrivati molto tardi ma con il self check-in non abbiamo avuto problemi . Fantastica la colazione e la sala comune la mattina dopo , è stato un piacere soggiornare qui e torneremo sicuramente se ne avremo bisogno ”

“There were dirty linens left in the bathroom from the people before us. The room had not been vacuumed, as there were hair all over a fresh pair of socks I just put on. The ice bucket was placed on the counter 2 feet from the toilet. Who does that ??!! There was a pair of women’s glasses, sticking out from the cushion of the loveseat in plain sight. I stayed at this hotel, many times over the years, it has certainly gone way downhill.”

“This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Quiet, clean, and very well maintained. A bit more expensive than others but every dollar showed. Also the breakfast was absolutely amazing. The only two things that come to mind are that the bedside clock was broken and the room phone could only call room service but everyone has a cell phone today so I doubt that matters much.”
