“The staff were welcoming and pleasant to interact with”

“The AC was not working and the TV didn’t even have internet. The staff said I will need to wait till the morning for a solution. I left at 4am it was hot in the room”

“The building was being renovated. The lobby was closed. I had to step over a worker grouting a tile floor in order to check in thru a door at the side if the gift shop. the stairwells had construction materials in them. The fire door at the first floor was blocked open. This hotel had no business being open! The lady at the front desk was very understanding. She refunded our money and we went elsewhere.”

“Relatively clean, old property, uncomfortable mattresses, meh customer service. Not much around except Hershey.”

“The cabin was a cozy and well kept space! Jason and his family clearly care about maintaining a nice place to stay and gave good details about where to visit nearby. ”

“Camera molto pulita e spaziosa con servizio per il caffè , comodo il parcheggio proprio dall’altro lato della strada , siamo arrivati molto tardi ma con il self check-in non abbiamo avuto problemi . Fantastica la colazione e la sala comune la mattina dopo , è stato un piacere soggiornare qui e torneremo sicuramente se ne avremo bisogno ”
