“The room was not cleaned (short staffed) but the front desk readily gave us clean towels and an apology. The shower floor was very slippery with a few errant pieces of rough tape place haphazardly in the floor. Front desk suggested we put a towel on the floor for safety. The rate of the room is great and I appreciated that, but the airco vent was right next to the desk which made using the desk uncomfortable with cold air blowing on you. It was breakfast that I had and they kept checking on me to make sure if I needed anything else all the hotel staff was friendly and ready to service to our needs.”
