“Always my first choice when staying in the area. ”

“All'arrivo alla reception ci hanno dato le chiavi di una camera già occupata. la pouizia su 3 giorni che siamo stati presso la struttura è stata fatta una volta sola. dopo la prima abbiamo pensato ad una svista e abbiamo lasciato perdere, la seconda volta siamo rientrati in albergo alle 23... segnalato al chek out, la receptionist ci ha detto "Ah io non posso dire niente perché io non c'ero". Migliorare il servizio”

“Utilizzato come base per la raggiungere new york. Pulito. Ottima colazione. Abbondante e di tutto. Caffè e succhi disponibile sempre. Personale gentile ”

“The breakfast was ok...no forks, which was pretty sad. How do you eat a waffle? There were cobwebs around the window in the living area and the furniture was pretty dinged up. Also the refrigerator had a lot of ice buildup. On the other hand, the lobby was very nice.”

“The first bedroom I entered was poorly lit and a bit shabby, but tolerable. However, the tub and shower area of the bathroom was shockingly unclean with built-up soap scum, dirt from feet, and possibly mold. The light switch was cracked and stained, and the tissue dispenser in the wall was rusty. The walls apparently used to have wallpaper and the residual wallpaper paste was never removed. They were crudely painted over, making the rough patches look like mold. There were holes in the closet...

“Room was clean and looked like it had been updated somewhat recently. No coffeemaker. I guess I would’ve seen that if I had paid attention when booking, but it’s so standard in most hotel and motel rooms, that I didn’t even think to look ”

“Breakfast was OK,”

“The room was clean, large and nice! Staff courteous. There were no lights outside of the overheads (lo lamps, etc.) and only one small trash can. In the morning when we had to leave there was no staff or key drop box. We eventually talked to staff and had to leave the keys in the room.”

“Was good for the one night stay , defiantly need updating. TV don’t have much to show and breakfast was lame. ”

“This is a really nice hotel! With really nice, clean rooms & an accomidating, friendly staff.”

“The night front desk was polite. The morning person was NOT AT ALL. I had a meeting so my partner waited in the lobby from the 10am checkout until 11:15 when i got back. The front desk person told him he couldnt stay in the lobby and bad to leave evn though he turned in the key proving we stayed there. Also saw a bedbug in the room. ”
