Hotel a Jonestown

“All'arrivo alla reception ci hanno dato le chiavi di una camera già occupata. la pouizia su 3 giorni che siamo stati presso la struttura è stata fatta una volta sola. dopo la prima abbiamo pensato ad una svista e abbiamo lasciato perdere, la seconda volta siamo rientrati in albergo alle 23... segnalato al chek out, la receptionist ci ha detto "Ah io non posso dire niente perché io non c'ero". Migliorare il servizio”

“Pool area is small so it gets crowded very quickly but other than that it was a very small and clean and hotel. breakfast options were plentiful. would stay again.”

“As I went to check in the power went out and came back on. Many people started calling the front desk and stated they could not use their TV. Our whole Friday-Sunday stay we had no TV. The pool heater was broken so we also could not use that. The women the evening of check-in were very nice. The next day the guy at the front desk told my husband he’d call up to our room regarding the TV situation… he never did. The bartender could care less about servicing people. The other doors you couldn’t...

“The pool closes at 9 pm. The kids were very disappointed after spending hours in the car to get there just to find out the pool had already closed for the evening. Our room had a jacuzzi tub but you had to sit up to turn on the jets. Once this happened, water shot out of the back jets across the room, getting the carpet soaked. So needless to say, the jacuzzi tub was unusable unless just soaking.”

“First time staying at a bed and breakfast instead of a chain hotel. Pleasantly surprised at the quiet, well maintained accommodation.”

“Overnight staffer Richard was very helpful and personable when I checked in at 11:00 pm. The property and the room was clean and nicely decorated. Located in a quiet area away from highway with a brewery restaurant across the street and a few other eateries and other businesses as well. Highly recommend.”

“Very clean. Bed was mildly comfortable. Hotel staff was a bit unhelpful especially at check in. Starbucks staff was super friendly and sweet but was not trained as a Starbucks barista. Which was fine, at least the coffee was fresh. Overall stay was fine and what we needed it for.”

“Room was DISGUSTING! Not fit for human occupancy!!! Blood on the sheets, dirty pillow case, floors not mopped and showers had mold and mildew everywhere. We had a large group stay at this hotel and all had a similar experiences. Take all the sheets and burn them!”
