“The rooms were much smaller than expected. Although the two beds were a decent size, there were no closets or wardrobes. This meant that we either had to keep everything on the sitting bench that shut it out into the very thin walkway at the foot of the beds, or hang everything up. Hanging everything up from the wall hooks was cute, but absolutely did not work for multiple people staying in that room. The backpacks shut it out all the bags were constantly in the way. “Be sure to check some of the walk in showers. When wet, the floor can be incredibly slick. The bathroom door didn't close, nor did the closet door. Otherwise, the staff was very nice and friendly. Overall look to the facility was nice.”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a noise issue with a broken AC/heat unit and had to move in the middle of the night because we couldn't sleep, but they were helpful. Tried to call desk, but phone was missing the cord and didn't work. Breakfast was lacking options. I wished they had more items and fresh items (fewer packaged items), but it was fine for a day. Convenient to Hersheypark which is what we needed it for. Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms....

“Pros: Clean room & friendly staff Cons: floor above us squeaked so every time the people above us walked around in the middle of the night it woke us up, tv in bedroom had no cable so unable to use, smoke detector was like a strobe light over the bed which was very annoying when trying to sleep. Would opt for somewhere to stay next time ”
