“We booked a queen suite for 6 guests and it was a very spacious room. The condition of the hotel was very clean and updated. Our favorite part of the hotel experience was the free breakfast. Enet the hotel employee who prepared the breakfast was very accessible and catered to our special requests. She was extremely friendly and a joy to speak with. Also, the desk offered some great tips for our trip to Hershey. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel. ”

“The hotel was great location to the park! We had a wonderful stay. The room was large and had lots of space. Loved the full kitchen. Also, the breakfast was plentiful. Has 3 waffle makers! My kids loved that. Lots of juice, coffee, tea, hot cocoa. Stayed on the 3rd floor. nice and quiet. ”

Only thing needed is an elevator for us older customers who had to carry our bags up two sets of steps to our 2nd floor room. It looks like the property is going to install an elevator but might have a long way to go. Also, breakfast was ready at 6:00 a.m. and there was a very good selection of food. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Perfect for a 2 night stay with two small children as we visited Hershey Park. The staff was so friendly and helpful. When we needed a pack and play and extra towels, housekeeping arrived almost instantly. The room was very clean and breakfast was great for a quick grab and go. And our kids loved the pool!”
