“It was a nice stay in the Wyndham hotel..the staff was friendly and nice, the room was calm,tidy and clean, no noise or loud voices around ...I had a baby and immediately got a crib upon request. We safely parked the car for two nights in their parking, nothing was missing in the car and it was in a good condition”

“They changed my paid reservation from two queen beds to a king handicap room. Not exceptable I reserved weeks ahead of time and the manager said nothing we can do and would not refund my paid money!!!!”

“Ample free parking outside of accomodation. We walked to Hershey Park on both days, takes around 30 mins to walk there but quite a nice walk with a new path. Parking around $30 at the park. Room did have a smell but we just left the window open as they have a cover over them for insects. Bug fridge in room also. Great for what we payed. Would stay here again. Restaurants close by within walking distance. Friendly staff.”

“The room was clean. Cleaning staff were kind. No coffee maker. Breakfast was awful. Never milk for cereal. Instant oatmeal was all that was on the counter. Toaster but nothing in it. Apple juice was spoiled. ”

“We had to request shower gel and shampoo as it was not replaced the last time it was cleaned. Also the bathroom fan was not working and was told that all the bathrooms have this issue. Also noticed that the room wasn’t cleaned to its standard as I noticed stains on the night stand and desk. Very disappointing as I frequently stay at Hampton Inn and Suites in various locations. ”
