“Perfect for what we needed! The sheets were clean, the shower was hot, and the pool was clear and functional. While there are not a lot of "extras," the basics are solid. The pool area was clean and inviting, and the pool itself was heated. The rooms looked like they had been recently updated. I locked myself out of the room twice, and the staff was incredibly friendly about helping. If you do the travel sports life, this is perfect. “Air conditioning didn’t work, no staff member was there at 2:15 pm when we arrived so we checked in at 9 pm. Realized at 10:30 A/C didn’t work but was too late to call anyone to fix. When we checked out the next morning no one was at front desk again.”

“We were only staying one night and there was 2 rooms. The beds were comfortable for one and hard for the other. The pillows were great, the continental breakfast lacked a few items and could be improved upon. They definitely need an elevator.”

“When we checked in the gentleman helping us was anything but a gentleman. He was rude and not helpful. When we said we didn't understand why if we were Hilton Honors members that we were not granted complimentary breakfast. He rudely informed us that we booked through a third party app and were not entitled to any Hilton Honors amenities. When I said we had been asked for our Hilton Honors number and had gotten communication from Hilton Honors.....he answered the same thing over and over....you...
