“Small rooms, kids running around without parent supervision, thin walls can hear everything. Pool is small, kids in the gym without supervision or treat it like a playground. Breakfast was not good. Water filter wasn't the best. Staff was nice. ”

“We had to request shower gel and shampoo as it was not replaced the last time it was cleaned. Also the bathroom fan was not working and was told that all the bathrooms have this issue. Also noticed that the room wasn’t cleaned to its standard as I noticed stains on the night stand and desk. Very disappointing as I frequently stay at Hampton Inn and Suites in various locations. ”

“Ample free parking outside of accomodation. We walked to Hershey Park on both days, takes around 30 mins to walk there but quite a nice walk with a new path. Parking around $30 at the park. Room did have a smell but we just left the window open as they have a cover over them for insects. Bug fridge in room also. Great for what we payed. Would stay here again. Restaurants close by within walking distance. Friendly staff.”

“Staff was fine. Inn was extremely run down. No breakfast. Needs remodeling. Not much parking for trailers attached to trucks. Freezer in mini fridge totally frozen with white ice. Not usable. Only a one night stop, would not probably stay again.”

“Yes I felt safe but wasn't sure when I first pulled in. The toilet didn't flush well so I had to keep manually doing that!”

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a noise issue with a broken AC/heat unit and had to move in the middle of the night because we couldn't sleep, but they were helpful. Tried to call desk, but phone was missing the cord and didn't work. Breakfast was lacking options. I wished they had more items and fresh items (fewer packaged items), but it was fine for a day. Convenient to Hersheypark which is what we needed it for. Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms....

“All instant breakfast menu, nothing too impressive. All we can describe it as is "it's better than nothing". We asked to change rooms because our first room had a moldy AC. The rooms were also very humid and inventilated which makes us feel claustrophobic even though there is enough space. Very low ceilings also makes it feel cramped. No elevators, which we don't mind since the building only has 3 floors. Room looks clean but the moldy AC and the excessive humidity and lack of ventilation inside...
