“Bathroom floor was slippery with water on it from the shower… tub was slippery could have used a mat I slipped getting into the tub and feel on the floor probably not stay at another Quality Inn”

“Had a great stay over the holiday. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely friendly, the room exceeded my expectations, and everything was very clean, including the pool area. Only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the shower in my room, the glass “door” doesn’t go across the entire shower so I felt like water easily got on the bathroom floor but it wasn’t terrible as long as a towel was down. ”

“Breakfast was ok It was hot had waffles,toast,eggs,sausage Rooms are slowly getting remolded which they really in need of Overall I would stay again just don’t get your hopes up ”

“Clean room and kind and friendly staff. The room was fine but the building itself was rather dated. Excellent location, very close to Hershey Park and many dining/shopping options. I’d definitely stay there again, very good value for the money.”

“The staff was the best. Lillianne checked us in and she is an excellent front desk lady. She has a an asset to that hotel there. Great location, comfortable bed. Very nice stay for sure”

“The people above us were super loud when trying to go to bed and then I don’t know what was going on that weekend outside on the second floor. There were kids yelling and running back-and-forth at like 1030 at night when we were trying to go to sleep and then the adults were out in the hallway yelling .”

“This hotel is showing it's age: dining room furniture (all wooden) showing ruñ marks and scratches, dining room waste cabinets and door filthy; room couch seat cushion not much "cushioning"; bathroom small for a "suite". Room cleaning is by daily request which I didn't know until 3rd day of 4 day stay.”

“Breakfast was disgusting. Even the pre packaged butter and cream cheese were dried out within the packaging. Must have been there for months. Entire place was smelly and disgusting. If you’re thinking about staying, don’t. ”
