“Tutto bene come sempre, purtroppo però il servizio di lavanderia è stato sospeso e ha creato un bel disagio. Altra pecca sono le porte delle stanze molto rumorose”

“Stayed at property for an event and during event noticed that the event area had damage to walls and ceilings and needed repairs. Also food was good first day but second day could have been better. Staff was very helpful and polite. Location needs something outside for guest in sitting area. Some checkers or corn hole would be nice for guest.”

“The door to our room had about an inch gap above it, not very secure, thankfully we were only there for the night. Check-in wasn’t very personal and private, it was virtual on a machine with someone video remoted in but when he spoke it was very loud and there were people in the seating area so they heard my name and some other things I would’ve preferred to not have “screamed” out loud (not his fault, it was the setting of the machine). “The place was not in very good condition. The carpet in the room was filthy. The bed was ok. The breakfast was ok but the microwave was dirty. The coffee tasted old also. We were told that the #1 ice maker at the property was being fixed the day we checked in but it still was not working when we left after 2 nights.”
