“Great value for the cost. Breakfast is satisfactory-to-good. Reservation, check-in and check-out were seamless, although they did generate a spectacular number of emails.”

“I have stayed here before without issue. This time they put me in a room that had continuous beeping. I complained but was denied a different room due to none available and NO ONE came to look for the cause. It was 4 miserable nights. It was prepaid so I had no choice but to stay.”

“The Rooms need to be cleaned, stains on the sheets, on the skirt of the bed. Looked like blood. Stains on the towel. For breakfast the bowls were dirty. This hotel really needs a better housekeeper.”

“The pool was not open. Was told by staff that it has not been open for years. The pool is listed on their website as open.”

“Our room’s shower is wonderful and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast food is good and there is plenty of room to eat in the breakfast area. The only thing that was not excellent was the tv service for cable news. I spent most of our stay in my room doing computer work while my husband was at a conference and the large desk and comfortable seating were very helpful.”
