The room was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. “Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile. “Great location and large room, downside was no staff on site; we needed to call to get someone from the next door diner to open the door. No welcome or further context. Also no staff when we checked out. Rooms are nice and spacious, the outdoors patio and garden are a great opportunity to relax in, but is current quite empty; if they would make this a bit more cosy and welcoming it would be a lot better.”
