“Personale svogliato. Solo al check-in con due operatori ho atteso 20 minuti perchè Lei doveva “sistemare delle carte” e lui non era disponibile. Alla colazione, 15 minuti di attesa per sedersi, entriamo e la sala era quasi vuota. Ho chiesto da bere, me ne sono andato a prendere in cucina. Ho chiesto del latte caldo per i bambini, sono andato a scaldarlo al microonde vicino alla reception. Tutto questo per la modica cifra di 17 $ a persona. Vergognosi. ”

“Breakfast is excellent and has some variety if you are staying multiple days ... quite a variety .. oranges, bananas, 4 types yogurt, multiple oatmeal packet flavors, eggs, sausage , 3 cold cereals , hard boiled eggs, pancakes and 2 flavors of waffles ... the aple cinnamon were wonderful... 4 juices, you can't skip this breakfast bar... ”

“Everything about this stay was great! The staff was friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious, the beds were comfortable with multiple pillows, the bathrooms had lots of amenities, the location is great, and there are a lot of grassy areas for taking pets outside. The only downside was there is no carpet in the rooms. The floors are a type of LVP and with that, they could have been a touch cleaner (you notice that when you walk around in white socks!). The only other thing is that the pet fee...
