“Had to walk to the office 3 times because the room card did not work.”

“Breakfast was very good. Parking was plentiful and safe.”

“The rooms at the front of the property were near the highway. The street noise made it difficult to sleep or even relax. I was booked for 2 nights and when I asked to check out after one night, the manager quickly changed my room so it was quieter. He was concerned that I wouod not find alternative accomadations over the holiday weekend and at the last minute.”

“There were ants in our room, including the bed and I got bit by one. Breakfast is all prepackaged foods to be heated up in 1 microwave. Did not eat breakfast because after killing the ant that bit, I kept feeling like more were crawling on me. Staff just blew it off and was rather rude. Staff at check in was slightly friendlier than morning staff, but had an attitude when I asked to let my husband sign the paperwork because my dominant arm was in a sling and the counter was too high. I...

“B th Bath tub didnt work alarm system kept going off. I was injured hard to move around for faulty alarm. i hope they refund customer some type of consumption. Other then that great place /”

“The breakfast menu was awesome. Amanda is an amazing cook ! I stayed at the Amberson House for 3 nights and was very happy about my experience there. The house its self is a beatiful old home and funished beautifully wth antiques . Everone was very welcoming and friendly. ”

“I was charged over twice the allowable rate for this room which was clearly price gouging due to a local sports event abd the staff refused to help me with Expedia that refused to refund my credit card. The rooms have no phone jacks. If you travel without plugs, you can’t charge your devices. This is a very dated hotel, and while clean, is not as advertised and I’m reporting them to the AG.”
