“A spacious apartment with 4 large rooms and a bathroom. Very nicely furnished - especially den and living room. Nice appliances in kitchen. On 2nd floor so requires climbing outdoor metal steps to entryway. Parking only on the street. Overall a great value for the price.”

“The area is off-putting with cars on bricks and a lot of broken trash sitting around. The home was large enough for what we needed and pet friendly, but there were many issues. The sliding door to the balcony was duck taped in, the screen on the door did not fit and fell upon opening it. The fridge and freezer turned on but was not cold which caused us to need ice and coolers to keep our food safe. “We did not stay after arriving and walking through the place. First, I'm 5'9", and half of the room I couldn't stand up straight in. My wife is 5'1" and could barely stand up straight. The place has an odor, it smelled old. It was over 90° outside when we arrived, and the air was off. It was so hot inside. The "tremendous" bathroom was FAR from tremendous. There was a sink, a toilet that was in the back corner and looked uncomfortable because it was closed on on the sides, and only a stand up...

“This accommodation smelled terribly of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The AC thermostat was broken, could not be turned from the off position to on. The glasses in the cabinets were dirty. There were no hooks or handles in the bathroom to hang towels. The carpet going up the 2 flights of stairs was old, dirty, and stained. There is no onsite parking, it’s metered street parking.
