“Location was perfect for where I needed to be. Parking lot was safe and well lit. Lobby warm and inviting. Very pleasant check-in experience. My room was spotless as was the bathroom. ”

“The night front desk was polite. The morning person was NOT AT ALL. I had a meeting so my partner waited in the lobby from the 10am checkout until 11:15 when i got back. The front desk person told him he couldnt stay in the lobby and bad to leave evn though he turned in the key proving we stayed there. Also saw a bedbug in the room. ”

“Super convenient to downtown with free parking in the rear parking garage. The room was nice but the floor was very uneven, giving the feel of a very, very old building.”

“The staff was very friendly. Yes it does have some worn out carpets in room, but otherwise all is clean and functional. Pool DOES NOT have slide. It seems as pool area was redone, pool is not big and many kids were present having fun there. I was dreading since i booked before I read reviews and read them when it was to late to cancel. But it was a pleasant stay, I stayed 1 night with 4 kids.”

“This was our second time here, and we loved it even more than the first. You cannot beat the proce for what you get. No frills, but friendly staff and a clean, nice room. It is very close to down town Hershey and the park. We will continue to stay jere when we spend the night up in Hershey ❤️ ”
