“The hotel was super niceeee. It was honestly just beautiful, room was neat and clean, staff was amazing & very helpful. Only thing I’d complain about is the pool being closed. Me and my family came down from 3 hours & wanted to swim but the pool was closed which made us sad. But besides that everything else was great. There were a lot a good restaurants near by.”

“The propert and rooms are really nice. I would stay again. The reason I gave it a lower rating were for the following reasons: 1. Often front desk staff was not to be found. Actually, I would see them in back office just talking. Front desk should always be up front. And that was the problem with number 2: Breakfast, a large, multiple family members with lots of kids. They were running around, yelling, parents not addressing it. I look at front desk. Nobody. Like they were hiding from racket,...

“When I first arrived, they told me my booking was cancelled, so they couldn't find it. Eventually, they found it. The room was nice, one night we needed blankets there were all out. Had issues with the heating as it took a while to come through the vents. Had to call maintenance a few times. For the price we paid breakfast should have been included. Overall its close to the bus terminals and the local bus stop is outside the hotel. Overall it was okay depending on what your needs are.”
