“We started our stay by having lunch in the restaurant. The beer they brew on site was very very good as was the food and the service. Our room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. The only negative was our experience in the pub they have in the basement. It was a mediocre experience. So we recommend the hotel based on our experience with everything except the pub. Plenty of free parking as well”

“Love that there’s a bar / restaurant on property, but the facility just feels old and not well maintained. One elevator was out of service for the entire time, and the remaining one felt like it’s on its last legs, very slow. Room cleaning - one room had prior guests food leftovers still in the fridge, and the other had the toilet seat up & toilet paper roll messy, as if someone had used it since it’d been cleaned.”

“Room was dirty. The pool was cloudy like it hasn’t been cleaned. I had to wait each time I needed to talk to someone at the desk.”

“Found a roach in the room and bugs behind the paintings. My wife and son were there for a baseball tournament. Absolutely disgusting, will never stay there or that brand hotel again, No staff, automated check in, horrible experience.”

“Just the cutest place to stay. The room was perfect, a large bathroom a small twin bed room between the bed and the bathroom, that you can put your luggage on. A wonderfully kept old manor. Breakfast was lovely, met some great people including the owner. Could not have been better!”

The breakfast was a highlight—the selection was diverse and delicious, and the chef was exceptionally friendly and welcoming to everyone. I think it would be a perfect experience if the front desk team could match that same level of warmth; a more welcoming tone at check-in and check-out would go a long way in making guests feel truly valued from the moment they arrive.”
