"Fold out bed was broke , sheet, not changed, mattress had stains, fridge wouldn’t get cold, pee and pubic hair all over bathroom. Front desk offered to move my daughter and family of 5 to a king room , not helpful. Manager did give me some IHG points but daughters stay was still miserable."

"We were staying there for a wedding, and we were greeted and treated like royalty. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming. Jake at the pool was great. All guest services were wonderful. Room was outstanding."
