"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had to switch rooms and had no issues doing so. Room could’ve been a little cleaner. Spots on toilet and a piece of hair on the shower wall that wasn’t ours."

"Just finished a five week visit. The apartment was as promised in the listing. Hyatus was very responsive to our inquiries. The dedicated parking lot was much appreciated in lieu of the street parking. We will stay here again if the need arises."
