“Clean rooms. Breakfast and coffee weren’t that great. I did not like the room setup. The bathrooms was located right in front of the beds which I found weird. Anytime someone would use the bathroom The bright lights would go through the glass bathroom door and wake everyone up. The bathrooms needs a fan. It’s not bad place but it is strange. ”

“They maintain the outside of the hotel very clean. They have plenty of parking. They provide coffee 24/7 and refreshments when you arrived. The rooms are not 100% clean. The kitchen appliances are no clean properly. Some of kitchen supplies has been used a lot, pots and dinnerware are no able to use due to not being clean 100%. we had an inconvenience when we checked in but the management and staff was very helpful and fix the situation immediately. we have been coming to this hotel for the...

“Enjoyed our stay”

“This is the second Holiday Inn Express hotel i have stayed in and have had horrible experiences at both. This time, I stayed at the Allentown North location to work in an area hospital and was awakened by something biting me. I got up, called the front desk, packed my bags, and threw away my pajamas. I went down and showed the bites to the receptionist who seemed indifferent and unapologetic. I asked her to write an incident report and she said she didnt have one nor did ahe have any other rooms...

“Very clean and what we needed for our stay. The staff were kind and Kenzie had great recommendations for us. The breakfast was a bit more than your standard hotel breakfast which was a nice surprise. Overall a nice place to stay!”

“Everything was acceptable, until I got in the room. It was absolutely not clean. Hair is found on the bed. The floor was not swept, and there was dust bunnies and such on the floor. It definitely could have been cleaned better!”
