“Everything went smoothly, check in was quick, staff were friendly and wanted to go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Room was spotlessly clean and huge. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I called specifically to book a certain room and my reservation room was moved without any confirmation. I have allergies and I like to cook food for myself when I’m away - but the room I was given did not have a kitchen even though I called specifically to book that type of room. When I alerted the front desk about this, they said it was “ someone new” who moved me and there was nothing they could do. I could hear the entire phone call of them talking about me and it was super uncomfortable...

“Excellent value and location to get anywhere in the Lehigh Valley, with clean rooms and lobby. The property is very safe. The building is older but again clean. Depending on who is at the check-in desk the reception and pleasantness range from fair to very good.”

“They had this awesome shampoo, conditioner, and lotion actually on the wall in the shower. I loved that. Lots of breakfast options and very friendly staff.”

“Room was dirty, door handle and lock were broken. Bed linens visibly dirty. Bathroom shower drain was broken pink slime in the shower. Toilet was disgusting not cleaned properly. One of the queen beds sheets were not changed there was still hair from previous guest so was not able to use that bad. I also was not able to take a shower because the bathroom was disgusting. I was physically injured from the bed rails sticking out of the bed frame. Would not recommend staying here. Management was...

“We stayed three nights and we were very comfortable and pleased with the room, breakfast and staff. We were greeted by a very friendly lady. Our room was clean, and updated. The breakfast was fresh, had a nice variety and delicious. There was ample parking on the property. No complaints. I would definitely stay here again for future visits.”

“Everything was fine except we were not able to log into the WiFi for the television. We called the front desk and Help Desk and still no success. We wanted to sign onto our Netflix account but the Wifi password didn't work. (Although no issues getting to the hotel's wifi on our phones.)”

“Floor in my room was not vacuumed seemed like a while since it was vacuumed, got a room with two beds, the beds only had sheets on them not blankets, there was only one blanket folded on the shelf, the one bed had some kind of stain on it, which was kinda gross”
