“Clean room”

“Exceptional property with great views of the river. Sunrise was spectacular. Trails were easy to walk and bike. Very close to Buck’s County Playhouse (9 minute walk)”

“The hotel was very clean, modern amenities. The price of the daily breakfast should have been included in the nightly rates as compared to most hotels in the area which served free breakfast.”

“The room was not cleaned daily, I had to request garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. The facility was nice but my bathroom was filled with cigerette smoke. The room wasnt cleaned properly - it was filled with pet dander which triggerd my allergies. All in all this wasnt the best stay but I do feel like it could have been worse. Th breakfast was good. The pool was clean.”

“What amenities? Place had dust bunnies all over. Used condoms in the room. The walls looked as if the were painted 20 years ago or someone urinated and wiped their feces on the walls. Will never ever rent from them again.”

“We stayed for one night. The room was clean and very large. There was something off about it, Somehow the housekeeping crew dropped the ball. We didn't have towels, nor pen and paper in the room. The bed was poorly made. Once we brought the issues to the attention of the management, all issues were quickly resolved. They were also kind enough to give us breakfast vouchers. That being said... the bed was comfy, the shower was warm and strong, the towels were soft. I would stay there...

“Myself and 3 young children were unable to use the pool due to swimming lessons. We tried to access the pool at 5 pm and was met with a sign saying “swimming lessons.” We asked the front desk what time the swimming lessons end and when the pool will reopen to guests. We were told 8:00 pm. Although the pool remains open until 10 or 11 pm, we did not want our young children to be up so late with a big day planned for the morning but we had to mend their previous disappointment somehow. “I booked the room a month prior. THE NIGHT BEFORE our reservation, they messaged that my room was having "plumbing issues". I know it was obviously overbooked due to a Wedding being held on the premises. They gave us the absolute bottom tier replacement room on the 3rd floor. They DID reimburse. But this was supposed to be a special occasion in a LOVELY room. Instead it felt like a Saturday night at Motel 6. Truly, truly disappointed. Not going back.”
