“Room was a nice size and bed was comfortable. The TV was low def -as in 1994 low def. Bathrooms were beyond filthy and smelled like cat pee. Had one pillow case that looked like a dog had it’s way with it. No breakfast—had a coffee machine in the lobby that was not in operation. Staff was very pleasant but next time I will spend more for a nicer place probably.”

“Clean, quiet room with view, but worn stained carpet room , room could use a freshening. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.”

“Bathroom had hairs in the corners. Stain on chair ottoman. TV remote volume down button did not work. No built usbs for devices, while competitors have them”

“Not the worst place. Clean. I was told they're in process of renovating the locks. My door would not close had to have a housekeeper help me. Only one vending machine for snacks on one floor out of 14 floors and no bags to go inside ice bucket or the trash. Highly unsanitary and my bed was hard. Ive stayed there before and didn't sleep on a rock.”

“There is no gift store. The breakfast was all cold items Except for the do it yourself waffle grill.”

“This is our third time staying here for Villanova events. The staff climate has definitely changed. Front desk staff is not friendly. Night staff is terrible. No eye contact. No addressing people as they walk in. We were surprised by the lack of interest they showed.”
