“Personale molto gentile”

“Front desk was amazingly unresponsive to our requests - they did not follow through until we bothered them enough. Issues were: 1) 3 PM check in came and went while we were waiting in the lobby starting at 2:30 PM. We needed to ask again whether the room was ready when it was 3 PM. The answer was "I do not know; housekeeping didn't get back to me". Another man at the front desk did follow through and we got into our room at 3 PM. 2) Bed creaked every time we moved. “A beautifully maintained hotel that was a great place to spend the night. We stayed in the tower with two and adults and two kids and was great to have three different levels, including the sitting room at the top with windows all around. The snacks in the communal sitting area was much appreciated and breakfast was very nice.”

“Bed was supposed to be king sized but that was the smallest king sized bed ive seen, at best thay was a queen size but they said that is their king sized room. Bed was very uncomfortable. When my husband moved it immediately bounced me on my side. Felt like i was in a trampoline not a bed. I asked them to make the extra bed in couch and they barely left any covers for that bed. “Lambertville Inn and the Restaurant used to be an amazing getaway.Then a few years ago it was bought over by some Hospitality company, guess what the place is falling apart.Rooms need total overhaul.We booked a room over Fathers Day weekend and we get to our Room With a fireplace in it,and we notice no Carbon /Fire Detectors. “The only good thing was the airport shuttle. My was dusty the vent was covered in dust. I couldn’t even eat in my room. Grabbed lunch there, they put American cheese without asking me when provolone cheese was supposed to go on the Philly cheesesteak. I’m allergic to the yellow cheese.”

“Staff was amazing and friendly, rooms were clean and quiet, bathrooms were also clean with lots of towels. They also provided you with anything extra you asked for very quickly . Free coffee and tea in the lobby with enough variety . The location of the hotel is also perfect , very close to the highway and less than 20 minutes drive from almost all the attractions.”
