“The rooms were very dirty stained carpet, broken wood under the fridge , cracked sink .The breakfast was very messy food was thrown on plates that were tilting over no regular coffee was available only decaf and there was still 30 mins before breakfast ending. I had to switch rooms at 11 pm no a.c in my room .The water in the lobby was gross. Lobby smells like pool chlorine very strong odor in the rooms too I had to buy febreeze. I was very disappointed in the brand Hyatt I expected better.”

“Very quiet location with some dining options within walking distance. Convenient to highways for easy travel. Good breakfast with some hot choices. Room was nice but travelers should understand this is Hilton’s minimalist hotel venture. For instance, No closet or coffee maker, but there was a mini fridge. Staff did not seem well trained to deal with problems either. The tv in my room did not work but the girl at front desk had no idea what to do about it. She said there was no one to call for...

“Rooms are clean and quiet. There is daily maid service and do a very good job. Good security on premises. Overall very satisfied with this property. We continue to book here for business. the breakfast is also very good.”

“Excellent value. Clean, quiet, attentive staff, good heat/a/c unit that functioned perfectly, wonderful bed/bedding, shower - very comfortable in all the ways that matter to me. Dated wallpaper, very marginal lighting in the room. Some trouble with the wifi, but not sure if that was a hotel problem or a me problem. Very good price for a generally very trustworthy hotel night. Will stay again when coming through this way.”
