“the AC wasn’t working in our room - we were moved to a room with a working AC but the fridge wasn’t working in the new room and the carpet had sticky areas - at this point it was 10pm and my kids were sleeping so smdidnt want to move again - the “heated” pool was freezing - disappointed by amenities- but the staff was nice at least ”

“It was terrible, was promised microwave and refrigerator and I had neither. No one accommodated me or even cared, it was like they was telling you whatever to get your money”

“Toilet was not working properly and room furnishings were adequate but strangely arranged and made little sense. Room was Not appealing at all”

“The beds were comfy, ac worked great in my room and they had waffles”

“The staff was wonderful. We had a few issues with our room but nothing that maintenance couldn’t handle. The breakfast in the morning was all great”

“They over charged me 2 times they took a deposit 2 times again 2 times that’s wrong !!! U don’t say your gimme give the money back and then don’t at that charge me double the deposit.”

“Good for a one night stay. Breakfast was terrible. Dried up eggs, sausage sitting in grease and no cold cereal options. It was obvious it had not been tended to.”
