“Loved having the restaurant/tavern being so convenient. Excellent and abundant parking on site.”

“This was one of the worst places I have stayed. The ceiling in the bathroom over the tub was literally falling into the bathtub as I was showering. The place was filthy. House Cleaning walked into my room twice in the morning before it was even time for checkout. It wasn’t even close to checkout time all in all it was an absolutely terrible stay.”

“Came for two nights, had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and delicious. The hotel has a charming vintage feel to it, with excellent service.”

“Many rooms were not ready for check in (to be fair the front desk did offer late checkout as accommodation) but also told multiple people it wasn’t a big deal and everyone was frustrated. Took a very “oh well” approach to things like no clean towels in the morning at the pool, breakfast not restocked and empty for 15-20 minutes, loud vibrating and banging heard in rooms, low stock on items for sale in front desk little store, etc. One front desk person ignored me standing at the desk then said...

“Parking was good. The air conditioning cooled but was loud and blew on us in the bed. The rooms could use blackout curtains. ”

“Room was fairly clean. Bed was clean & comfortable. The AC unit was a bit loud (according to my fiancé) but at least it worked! Bathroom was clean, single sink, roomy shower. Breakfast looked great, but we opted for Dunkin that is walkable from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a 90th bday party and a wedding during our stay so pretty busy but they got everything settled. Overall 9/10 would stay again.”

“Cute, good location right in the shopping village. The only downside is the parking lot is across the street, but other than that it's a good choice.”

“The property was nice and the staff was very nice. However, our air conditioner leaked water on the floor …. as in the floor was soaked. We reported it on Saturday night. We checked out Monday morning. It was never fixed. Their solution was to give us more towels to put on the floor. My husband had to walk on the soaked floor to get in and out of bed. On a good note they serve an amazing complimentary breakfast on the weekend.”

“I told front desk to fix electricity and blinds issues. The technician never came.”

“AC was broken in common areas and not expected to be fixed for days. TV didn’t work in our room and front desk told us there was nothing they could do. Also, they ran out of pillows.”

“The lady who helped check us in was so helpful, patient and extremely welcoming! I believe her name was Belinda. She had superior customer service!!”

“The staff were very nice, the rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were small. Otherwise, the area is great, with lots of places to eat within distance of the hotel. The shuttle bus to the casino is a great bonus.”
