Vacanze King of Prussia

Everything was was clean and tidy as you would expect, the staff were always very helpful and accommodating, our room was pretty good for layout and overall decor, the bed was comfortable, use of on site washing machines and tumble dryers was good at $1.50 for a cycle with $10 rolls of quarters available at the reception, I couldn't complain at anything really, especially not for the price we paid.

The room was great , we have a suite , a king size bedroom and a queen size , with a kitchen and living room . on the living room have a pull out couch and the only issue it’s that they offer you that 6 people can sleep NOT TRUE ,the pull out couch it’s very small and veeerrryyy ! Uncomfortable!!! I ask for a roll over small bed And they don’t have any. They offer me a mattress and my son slept on that on the floor . So if you are going 4 people and a small child will work other wise it’s not for 6 adults.

I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The main reason I booked this hotel was to use the pool, but it was closed during my stay, which was never communicated beforehand. I also completed online check-in and selected my room nearly 24 hours in advance. When I arrived, I was assigned a completely different room. I understand situations happen, but the front desk agent was very nonchalant and simply said the previous guest extended their stay. He seemed more interested in rushing the conversation than offering an apology or trying to accommodate me. Customer service can make all the difference, and this experience left me feeling like my concerns didn’t matter despite being a paying guest. Unfortunately, because of the poor customer service, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
