“Hotel needs to clean the fixtures and mop the floor prior to the next guest checking in. The bedding was clean but I could see fingerprints everywhere on the doorknobs and fixtures. Breakfast options needs improvement. I was expecting some scrambled eggs, potatoes and bacon. What was offered was very limited but since it was free, it wasn't horrible. Signage about the cook only making sausage breakfast sandwiches would have been helpful. There needs to be some kind of coverage or a catering bowl...

“Parking was easy- staff super nice at check-in - pool was great for the kids- rooms were clean! Great place for a family overnight! ”

“There’s no water pressure the toilet even has no water pressure. The staff is really cold. Some are nice but most are cold. There are terrible directions on the top floor to get to places. There are no signs and it’s very dark, including in the room.”

“No hot water in the three rooms we were moved to and our refrigerator was warm and moldy. There is only one suitcase cart for the whole property and someone had it stowed in their room and no one could find it..never again!”
