“The room we got was terrible. The room wasn’t clean when we got there. There was pee all over the bathroom floor. The water in the sinks never got hot. Not enough towels not enough blankets . The room smelled terrible. Went to use the oven and it smelled like roach spray was sprayed all over it. It said on their end that I ordered a handicap room but on my side it didn’t say that. It looked like the shoved us in the oldest room there that no one uses right in the corner next to the basketball...

“A refreshed look would increase this hotels revenue by Thousands! It feels tired and neglected. I appreciated the “patriotic” details in the lobby but the fluorescent lighting added to the dismal feeling. The location is excellent , however it lacks the details that would give it excellent reviews. The bathroom had mold on the bath tiles and caulking and there weren’t enough towels. The fluorescent lighting is horrible, the room in dire need of new carpeting and with a very visible hole adjacent...

“I won't be staying here again. The property is worn out. The furniture in my room was uncomfortable: sticky desk, dried nail polish on the wood surface, dirty upholstery. I had no towels and I had to go to the front desk to get cleaner to wipe off surfaces. Too many kids dripping from the pool in and out of the elevator. Ice machine didn't work.”

“Property is not at all as advertised. The main picture is not the hotel, but an event venue at the front of the building. The room was in poor condition. Walls had holes, bedding had holes, could feel the springs in the bed. The whole building smells bad. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they refunded my money without argument when I told them I could not stay there.”

“There was no sign that was lit to find the hard to see at night building and driveway. Small parking lot. Reserved the room on line. When we arrived at 9:40pm. We called to guarantee late check in. Upon arrival discovered there was a family of 5bin our room. The new and helpful gentleman checking us in had difficulty switching rooms on the computer system. He called the owner in India to solve the problem. Discovered that these reservations are all done in India and then there were no clean...
