After realizing I had been duped, I started checking the room for bed bugs since there were reports of bed bugs there 6 months prior, and found instead what looked like vomit on the box spring cover. “we really liked the vibe of the whole place... a great staff.... we had only booked it the morning of... for a quick night away... we are somewhat local..... overall it was ok... and it pains me to say that... we love a good historic inn.... with all its quirky and oldness.... . I wanted it to be better! .... the bed was terrible... and honestly a good queen mattress is not that expensive (NECTAR) ... missing outlet plate... missing light bulbs... door knob was so loose... the continental...

“The staff was excellent; room was wonderful. The hotel is a bit out of the way but worth the drive. Wonderful in house restaurant. Would stay there again!”
