“The hotel was clean - updated lobby and dining area but our room was a little dilapidated. Additionally, it took about 15 minutes of running the shower and faucet for us to get hot water. The night guy at the front desk had to "reset the boiler" when I told him that we had no hot water but the problem persisted all weekend. Otherwise, it was a fine play to stay.”

“I’ve stayed in Hiltons as an Honors member for many years. This particular Hilton does not meet the high standards of the other Hiltons where I have stayed. The elevators need replacement, as they are VERY slow.The toilet paper dispenser in my room was hanging crookedly so the roll kept sliding off. “Great hotel! BUT- we were supposed to be offered a discount related to visiting Marist Grove, but were told by a reservation specialist that it wasn’t possible. But the friendly desk staff told us it should have made available. So that’s the only negative. ”
