“Property was clean and cared for, however carpet in room smells. It’s generally like this in all hotels and don’t know why they all don’t change to bare floors. So much cleaner. Carpet just accumulates dirt and smells.”

“For $211 I would think I would get a room that the air conditioning unit doesn't have its control panel smashed out with the knob sitting on top would also expect everything in the facility to be well maintained it's the little things that make a big difference.”

Bathroom floor was flat out gross with shoes sticking to floor. Door to room was difficult to lock from inside and door creaked and groaned upon opening and closing… not on par for a $200+ per night hotel.”

“Everything was great except the one elevator was a bit scary. If there was more than 3 people on it at once, the door wouldn't open once you got to the 1st floor and someone would have to hit the 1st floor button again for it to open. Also, the pool was cold and slimy. We were told it was heated but it definitely was not. The stairs in the pool were slimy and slippery along with inside the pool on the floor”

“You’re going to get what you pay for of course but the cleanliness is a huge issue. My room looked as if it had never been cleaned. Dust/hair literally everywhere, floors were dirty. Please do better housekeeping.”

“The rooms were very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was great. My only complaint would be the elevators. There were 2 but only one was working. It was very slow. We were there for a soccer tournament in the area so there were a lot of kids & families staying there. One elevator was not sufficient.”

“Bed was prob just a box spring with plywood on it. Walls paper thin, dog barking at any movement in the halls.”

“I came to this place at 1:00 in the morning because the other place kiteville was closed down or at least posted to be vacated and disgusting and I couldn't get in so the gentleman who I guess owns this place was very helpful I could call him and answer the phone and that was really really nice but the place is really dirty”

“This disgusting dirty hotel (can't really call it that!) is a disgrace! Looks like the rugs haven't been cleaned in years! No plastic cups in the bathroom to use and when asking the clerk at the desk he couldn't find any anywhere! The idea of a light breakfast is a joke! The soda machine takes your money but didn't dispense any soda! Called a studio with a kitchen, but no plates, silverware, pots or pans or anything to use or cook with! I would never recommend this place to anyone!”

“Desk staff was very polite and quick response time. Room itself had clean sheets and towels, an room itself was clean even if not in the best of shape. The water was the worst I have seen. It smelled of SULFUR and was only a light pressure - took forever to wet short hair. When exiting shower your entire body smelled of sulfur! ”

“We loved our 2 night stay in this atrium style hotel. The lobby area downstairs is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well distributed. The hotel is a little dated but still very clean and up to par. Excellent area surrounding as well.”
