“The Evergreen is a jewel. Small, modern, comfy and overall clean. We especially appreciated the quietness. Our bed was comfortable. They don’t offer breakfast but our room had a Nespresso machine and the lobby has one also, as well as a flavored water machine. There is also a Peet’s coffee shop right by them. “A great location in Tiburon. Walking distance to Sam's which has an incredible view of the city. The room was clean and spacious with two queen beds. Staff is very friendly - check in was a breeze.”

“Staff doesn't care when other guests are loud in the middle of the night for hours. If you report a noise disturbance they'll just ignore you and do nothing about hours of noise in neighboring rooms in the middle of the night. I will never stay there again.”

“Loved my stay! Beautiful historic building, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The boutique atmosphere made it feel much more special than a typical hotel. Once you step inside, it feels like you're somewhere on vacation in Europe. No elevator, but actually the staircase was beautiful (and manageable). Courtyard was charming too. They keep the building secured by giving you an access code. Good restaurants nearby. Excellent value. Would definitely stay again.”

“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”

“This property is very well maintained and close to downtown Napa (under 12 min drive). This is my second time staying and possibly one of the busiest times. There were 2 weddings and 1 conference taking place at the same time. I had 2 issues that were not handled well and both pretty significant issues. I was told management would follow up with me and that never happened. I know with these 3 events staffing and customer service can be delayed for the other guests, so I was trying to be...
