Hotel a Mare Island

“This place is a great place to stay. The property is close to so many things and also very quiet. The two challenges we had were, the TV would not connect, but not a big deal for us as we were out most of the day. the staff attempted to fix for us (and I am sure they could have the next day), but again not a concern for us. The only other thing for me (but not my family), I am a light sleeper and there is a side window that has a light on outside so it made the room a little bright for me...

“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low. Not recommended for more than one night.”

“I had made a mistake 2 years ago and forgot to cancel my reservation, 100% my fault. They were incredibly nice and didn't charge me for my room, even though they had every right to. This was our next trip to Napa from Minnesota, and made sure we (2 couples) stayed there to thank them for their kindness. Great location for a wine trip. All the staff was incredibly friendly, breakfast was very nice...coffee, juice, milk, a few hot items, cereal, coffee cake, fresh fruit, cookies at 6:00 pm. Rooms...

“Friendly staff that greeted us with wine upon check-in. Stayed in the Jr suite & loved how specious it was. It also came with a fire place that was super useful at night. Will definitely stay here again. ”
