“Though I have historically loved the Marriott, my experience at Pleasanton, CA was subpar. The following were among the main unsatisfactory issues:
1. We were forced to take a queen bed, yet I had made a reservation for double beds
2. We were placed by an elevator and ice room despite our plea to be at a quiet wing
3. We found a live spider and millipede in our room
4. Our room was not cleaned on the day in which we moved the Do Not Disturb sign
5. The staff coordinating the breakfast was...

“I was extremely disappointed with this stay, especially for a Hyatt property and the price paid.
I arrived at 5 PM, even though check-in was at 3 PM, and my room was still not ready. Once I got into the room, there was a terrible odor throughout the unit. I contacted the front desk and was told I could move rooms. Before moving all of my belongings and my children, I specifically asked if the new room was the same one-bedroom layout I had paid for and told yes.

“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low.
Not recommended for more than one night.”

“The hotel is not the newest.. that being said the front desk staff were knowledgeable friendly, and thoughtful. The housekeeping staff obviously take pride in their work. The room was spotless with little fancy touches you find in 5 star hotels. The bed was really comfortable. The shuttle service is Lyft so the will take you exactly when and where you want to go and it's covered by the hotel. I wouldn't go there for a holiday but as a stay for the airport, totally recommend!”

“Great staff and service throughout the stay. The location was very convenient and the hotel was generally quiet, allowing for good rest at night.
