“Although the fire alarm was triggered by an unruly guest, there was no acknowledgment or accountability by staff. My ears are still ringing two days later. Staff should check the volume of the fire alarm. It was excessively ear piercingly loud, likely louder than code requires. The alarm was pulled 4 times throughout the night, no rest for my traumatized family. ”

“Overall stay was okay. Shower water pressure was extremely low. The staff was friendly and helpful. Daily housekeeping, which I loved. Easy and convenient parking, there was a daily fee so be aware.”

Everyone I met was catfished by the pictures and said they wouldn’t stay here for a vacation. I entered the elevator and the way it closed even scared those who dared entered. “We only booked for a night because of our visit to UC Berkeley and it was an amazing stay! The rooms were very clean and organized. Staff were nice and they welcomed us with waters. Breakfast was complimentary which was very good and delicious! We had a peaceful stay and the area was calm and peaceful as well. The parking was the $20 a night which was not bad at all. “Diverso rispetto a quanto descritto. Si parla di cucina attrezzata, ma in realtà non sono presenti pentole o stoviglie. I mezzi pubblici sono vicini ma assai costosi ( tragitto in bus 2,10 dollari a tratta,tragitto in Bart per raggiungere il centro da 3,75 a 5,00 dollari a tratta). Camere spaziose. Spiaggia vicina ma non molto godibile.”

“This hotel looked great from the outside; great location, recently painted, nicely landscaped, decent parking area. But inside, the rooms are dated and well used. The kitchenettes have old Formica counters, very old stoves, and no dishes/utensils unless you ask. The bathroom was nothing special, with only two sets of towels, which were small, well used and ordinary. Also, only two pillows available for the bed; I guess that is their favorite number. The breakfast is very limited prepacked cold...
