“Clean and air conditioned room. High ceilings made it feel spacious. Great lighting and restrooms were clean and functioning well. Pillows and bedding were also comfortable and clean. Iron, ironing board, and blow dryer available in room. No breakfast but coffee and tea available in lobby in the mornings. Parking right in front of room doors. Only thing would be thin walls and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. Next to a local Peet’s Coffee and shopping centers across the street....

"The breakfast was a complete scam. During my check-in and, in the morning, before eatinf I asked about allowance several times and no one knew about it. Of course, right after I paid, they magically realised I was out of my allowance of 10$ and charged me for a breakfast that should have been entirely included. The rooms are poorly soundproofed and the airplanes noise will keep you up late and wake you up early the morning after. Very poor sleep. The windows were super dirty, I couldn’t even look outside and understand what the weather was like. The shower pressure is non-existent, so be careful with the amount of soap you use, as it might take 25 minutes to shower and rinse. Worst hotel I stayed in the past 2 years, for a total of 190€/night and a 180$ “happy hour” dinner (dinner was for 2). Not to mention the lady I check-out with in the morning has been pretty much useless and told me to complain somewhere else: here I am ma’am, thanks for the suggestion. Stay away, you can find much better for reasonable price around this dump. "

"Sono stata truffata! Ho pagato su Expedia 260 dollari e quando sono arrivata in hotel mi hanno prelevato il doppio perché dicono che ho parcheggiato all’interno del parking dell’hotel! Follia! Camere basic, rumorose e rapporto qualità prezzo folle! Mai più "

"I have been staying in this hotwl Many times and I have to say thats gone down. Check in was good, very gentle lady. Bedroom ok bed excellent barthrome old and backed, no shower cup, no comb, nothing but soap and toilet paper and air drier pretty dated. Breakfast was desappojnting… like una motel! No salmon, no shrimp no cheese.. just eggs bacon ham and potatoes. Service very unpleasant … lazy and not attentive. Waited long time for coffee amd water served by waiters that went around without attention. Too bad! Hotwl structure and location are very convenient!"
