“Staff was extremely rude. The pool/ hot tub was taken over by a “party” that was smoking weed and drinking heavily - making it where nobody else could enjoy the pool or hot tub, they were very entitled and staff didn’t care. Staff was unhelpful about anything and the eye rolls were unnecessary”

“I had the best stay the staff is always so welcoming. They have a great breakfast bar. My room was so clean spacious and safe. Miss Elsa, Harrison, Linda and Will were so accommodating I will definitely come back when I’m in town. Thank you so much for a great stay.”

“Clearly the hotel was a bit short-staffed, but it was still a good experience. The main problem is that the hotel has way too few parking spots for the number of rooms.”

“The staff didn't explain anything about the hotel amenities (breakfast, pool, etc.). When I asked about breakfast time and location, they just pointed at a pillar and told me to read it myself. Very unfriendly. If they had just told me kindly, it would have been a much better experience.”
