“The hotel is clean, quite far from San Francisco, and has few dining options nearby. The rooms were large but, despite the double glazing, too noisy if facing the road. Breakfast was very poor no matter what time you arrived. The water pressure in both the sink and the shower was very low.
Not recommended for more than one night.”

“Le camere sono molto molto piccole però accettato questo fatto per il resto il soggiorno è andato benissimo: il bagno in comune è sempre pulitissimo e fornito di tutte le necessità (collutorio, salviette struccanti, cotton fioc, pettini, asciugamani caldi per la doccia). Il letto non è troppo comodo, c’e Un materasso dell’era coloniale 😂 però dopo le scarpinate per le strade di San Francisco avremmo dormito anche sulle pietre...
Tutto sommato ci è piaciuto soggiornare in questo albergo stile...

“Everything was perfect for the first comers like us except the "Breakfast Included" information. It'd interpreted, either intended or unintended, as a sort of "fradulent advertisement". I think it'd be an issue for both your (Expedia) advertisement and the ESA's. The advertisement specifically says the breakfast a "continental breakfast. However, in fact, it's NOT. What the ESA in San Ramon provides in the morning hours is NOT what the typical "continental breakfast" supposed to be.

“Check inn and the front desk checked me inn under another date so my key cards did not work. Got that fixed and then I see you need to use your room key to go to the second floor? Hard to use elevator key card problems. Is there that much crime in the area where you need to secure the second floor? The basement garage is pretty scary to boot.
Get to my room and there is a problem with the door key , had front desk come up and let me in my room. Turned on TV, realize there is no guide to use...
