Ooh man, there some much to tell. The only nice thing i can is the lovely lady that did her best to help us. I dont remember her name. She was a beautiful out with long sweater and boots looked every business professional. She even remember it was my mom birthday. She my mom a card and a wine bottle since we came to see family in napa for my mom birthday. Mom want to visit grandma grave at the cemetery for her birthday tirp.
Im going to list a few things that happen.
1. No hot water when we checked in. Host switch me rooms. Same no hot water. The next morning they same they working on . I took a cold shower the night before.
2. the room would be clean the next day. It wasnt.
3. They to check out. Noone up front. I walked in all the way to the offices saying hi, hello . Finally someone came out. He ooh im sorry. Im trying to check out. The guy finally find in the bathroom. He told me 3 minutes i had to wait. Sir you can't help. He said no i cant he as too. I told him i have a flight. He come just wait. Ooh ok.
I did get a call to apologize for the water problem. I asked to call me when it would be ready. I never got a call back.
The breakfast isn't complimentary anymore. Except for Wednesday because of course no hot warm. Im just gald that it was fix before mom birthday dinner.
